1. The disc is broken
The reason for the broken disc: the pressure of the medium before and after the check valve is in a state of close balance and "sawing" with each other, the disc often beats with the valve seat, and the valve made of some brittle materials (such as cast iron, brass, etc.) The petals are broken.
The preventive method is to use a check valve with a flexible material.
2. Medium backflow
Reasons for media backflow:
①The sealing surface is damaged;
②Impurities are trapped.
Repairing the sealing surface and cleaning impurities can prevent backflow.
