One Piece Threaded Ball Valve

 

One piece threaded ball valve is a common industrial valve, mainly used for cutting off and controlling fluids in pipeline systems. It has the characteristics of compact structure, good sealing, and easy operation.

 

The "one-piece" of this type of valve refers to the valve body being forged as a whole, with high strength and not easy to leak; The term 'threaded thread' indicates that its connection method is an internal thread interface (such as G, NPT, and other standards), which is easy to install in small-diameter pipelines and suitable for various media environments such as water, oil, and gas.

 

 

One-piece valve body: The valve body is integrally forged or cast, non-detachable, without body bolts, and features the most compact structure. Threaded connection: Both ends are internally threaded for direct screwing into pipelines, enabling convenient installation.

90° rotary on/off: Fully open or closed by rotating the handle 90°, allowing quick operation.

Reduced bore design: The internal ball passage is typically smaller than the nominal pipe diameter (e.g., actual bore approx. DN20 for DN25).
