Precision Small Electric Flange Butterfly Valve

1.Electrical Motion:

The electric actuator is the key component of the Precision Small Electric Flange Butterfly Valve. A control system sends a signal to the actuator; depending on the needs of the process, this signal can be manually adjusted or automatically generated.

The disc is positioned parallel to the fluid flow when the valve is fully open, allowing the maximum amount of fluid to pass through. When the disc is completely closed, it blocks the flow because it is perpendicular to it.

3.Flow Regulation:

The electric actuator provides accurate control that enables the disc to be positioned at several angles between its fully open and closed states. This feature allows for precise control of fluid flow.
The pipeline system's valve can be modified to maintain a particular pressure, flow rate, or other desired parameters.

4.Flange Connection:

The valve's flanged ends guarantee a stable and safe connection to the pipeline. Strong and leak-proof joints are made when flanges are bolted to matched flanges on the pipe.
Because it is simple to disassemble, this kind of connection is perfect for applications that need to be maintained or replaced on a regular basis.

5.Sealing Mechanism:

The disk presses against a robust seal inside the valve body when the valve is closed. By making this contact, a tight seal is created that keeps fluid from getting through.
