The 316L handle lug type PTFE butterfly valve is an industrial valve specially designed for harsh working conditions. It adopts a combination of 316L stainless steel valve body and PTFE valve seat sealing, featuring excellent corrosion resistance, high sealing performance and long service life. It is applicable to industries such as chemical engineering, pharmaceuticals, food, and water treatment, especially suitable for pipeline systems of strong acids, strong alkalis, and high-purity media.
Features
1. 316L stainless steel material
- The valve body and valve stem are both made of 316L stainless steel, which enhances corrosion resistance compared to 304 stainless steel (especially in chloride environments), has strong oxidation resistance, and extends the service life of the valve.
- Conforming to the international standard ASTM A182, it is suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure scenarios.
2. Tetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) valve seat seal
- PTFE sealing rings have an extremely low coefficient of friction and excellent chemical inertness, and can withstand the vast majority of corrosive media (such as acids, alkalis, and organic solvents).
- Zero leakage design. Quick opening and closing are achieved through handle operation, and the sealing grade reaches ANSI Class VI.
3. Lug structure design
- The lug type installation is convenient for pipe clamping and fixation, saves space and is easy to maintain. It supports unidirectional pressure (the medium flow direction needs to be marked).
- Compact in structure and light in weight, it is suitable for frequent opening and closing working conditions.
4. Handle operation + visual indication
- Equipped with a 304 stainless steel handle, it features a small operating torque, an opening and closing Angle of 90°, and can visually display the opening and closing status of the valve.
- Optional gearbox or pneumatic/electric actuator
